WEIGHT: Must weigh between 40lbs to 260lbs. This requirement is strictly enforced, and all participants will be weighed during the check-in process. No refunds will be issued for guests not meeting our weight requirements at check-in. All guests 40lbs-69lbs will be a “Tandem Child” and will zipline the last three lines with a certified zipline guide.
AGE:
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the zipline activity.
- Adults are defined as individuals aged 13 and older.
- If parents or guardians are not participating in the ziplining, we ask that they stay nearby in case their child needs to be brought back down to the check-in location.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to hike 1/2 mile at elevation over uneven surfaces
- Free of chronic heart problems
- Not pregnant – unfortunately, it’s unsafe to zip while pregnant
- You should not have had recent surgery; especially on ankles, knees, or back. If you have serious neck, back, or joint injuries, you should also check with your doctor.
*The inherent risks of walking on unimproved hiking trails and joint impacts associated with zipline landings should be considered before going on a zipline tour

SHOES: For your safety, we ask that you wear shoes with a fully-enclosed toe and heel, like an athletic or hiking shoe. Shoes must be snug. (No Teva or Keen-type sandals with open sections or 5-finger shoes.)
CAMERAS: Cameras and cell phones are welcome, however, we recommend you securely strap them to yourself.
DRESS APPROPRIATELY: For your comfort, we recommend wearing shorts and a t-shirt, or something you would wear on a light hike. Please bring a rain jacket if you have one, if not we can provide for you.
GLASSES: Glasses and sunglasses may be worn – just be sure to bring your strap.
DITCH THE PACK: You can bring your backpack, but we’ll lock it up for you while you zip.
PROTECT YOUR SKIN: Bring your reef-safe sunscreen. We also recommend wearing clothes that help block the sun.
