Position Overview:
The Zipline Tour Guide is the primary interface between the Company and its customers. They must be both knowledgeable and skillful at their position, but also provide excellent customer service and communication to all guests. Hiring for Full and Part-time positions. With on-the-Job training, the Zipline Tour Guide position is perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors and loves meeting new people.
- Guide groups through our 7 zipline course
- Ensure all safety regulations and guidelines are followed
- Educate guests on Hawaii’s native plants and culture
- Help guests enjoy Hawaii with an outdoor adventure
- All Training provided; no experience necessary
- Guides complete a training, including first aid, CPR and AED certification
